Returns Policy
At Meiruis, we appreciate you, and we want you to be happy with your purchases.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt. We gladly offer returns or exchanges for full-priced items that are unworn and in their original condition.
Please note: If you return an item due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in original condition, without signs of wear or damage, and suitable for resale

Returns must include all original packaging (tags, box, and any included gifts)

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed.
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the return criteria, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
How we’ll resolve it:
Missing Items
We’ll reissue the missing item(s) free of charge — no return needed.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
Please return the item(s) in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached).
We’ll cover return shipping and send you the correct or replacement item at no extra cost.
