Returns Policy

At Meiruis, we appreciate you—and we want you to be happy with your purchases.

Our return policy is valid for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We gladly offer returns or exchanges for the value of your purchase on all full-priced items that are unworn and in original condition.

Please note: For returns initiated due to personal preferences (e.g., change of mind), we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns on pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage, and fit for resale
  • Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and any included gifts)

Non-returnable items:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges Policy

(Missing / Incorrect / Damaged Items)

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by an error on our part, and we’d be grateful for the opportunity to make it right.

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Here's how we’ll resolve it:

Missing Items:

We will promptly reissue the missing item(s) free of charge — no return required.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

Please return the item(s) in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached).

We will cover return shipping and reissue the correct or replacement item at no extra cost.

 

Additional Notes:

  • Items must be purchased directly from www.meiruis.com
  • Mystery products and free gifts are not covered

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing items

Not covered:

  • Lost jewelry
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper storage

How to request an exchange:

Please email support@meiruis.com with the following details:

  • Your current shipping address
  • Your order number
  • The item that’s damaged/missing/incorrect
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed.

Late&Lost Orders

While rare, unexpected shipping delays can occur. We rely on our carrier partners to deliver on time, and we’re committed to supporting you if your order is delayed or lost.

If your order is late:

Please double-check your shipping address, including house number, street name, and postal code.
If it’s been over 21 business days, contact us at support@meiruis.com and we’ll assist as best we can.

If your order is marked "Delivered":

We recommend checking surrounding areas and with neighbors. After waiting 3 business days, if you still haven’t
received your order, please submit a claim with your local carrier.

Still no luck? Contact us within 7 business days of the delivery notice, and we’ll help every step of the way.
